Not every Christian has the Holy Spirit (How to Receive the Holy Spirit)

Not everyone who says they believe in Jesus has the Holy Spirit. We’re going to open up the word and see believers in the book of Acts who believed in Jesus, received the word of God, and had been baptized, but still didn’t have the Holy Spirit.
